I didn't set out to spend the next 30 years studying natural health.

As a teenager, I listened to my Aunt Joanne describe what happened whenever she ate foods that didn't agree with her. She talked about feeling shaky, lightheaded, unbelievably hungry, and so irritable that my Uncle Paul jokingly called it becoming a "Turbo Witch."
I remember thinking…
"She's describing me."
